I had to send back a sweater because it didn’t fit right, and it was way easier than I expected. The return instructions were clear, the label was right there, and I didn’t have to go searching around for anything. Also, the refund came back fast, which was a nice surprise. Anyway, super simple overall and I’d definitely order from them again.

Went to Simons last week. Really nice experience. I needed another size, and one of the staff checked in the back for me. No fuss. Didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them. Cashier was friendly too. Quick, smiley, easy. Just a good shopping trip overall.

I was able to find what I needed quickly, which was nice. The site was simple to get around and didn’t make me click all over the place... that’s all I want sometimes.

well... I always end up finding more than I expected on simons.ca. It’s not just clothes either, there’s home stuff, gifts, everyday basics, and some nicer pieces too. I like that I can browse around even when I’m not totally sure what I’m looking for

I picked up a few things from Simons during a sale, it was fine. Some of the prices were good, but a few items didn’t seem that much cheaper than usual, so it’s worth checking before assuming everything is a great deal. Shipping was smooth and the items arrived in good shape. Overall, not a bad experience, just a average sale shop.

Just a heads up, if you’re thinking about doing in-store pickup, it was super quick for me. My order was ready fast, and I was in and out in like two minutes. be warned — it might make you not want to shop around the store anymore.

I’ve ordered from simons a handful of times now, mostly sweaters and a few home things, and so far I’ve been impressed. I’m usually skeptical when stores use all that polished “premium quality” wording, because half the time it means nothing, but the stuff I got actually felt worth the price.
The fabrics are soft, the stitching is neat, and nothing had that cheap, flimsy feel when I opened the package. One knit sweater has already gone through several washes and somehow still holds its shape, which surprised me.
Shipping was totally fine, nothing dramatic either way. The main reason I’d give them 5 stars is that the items feel like they’ll last, which is really all I want when I’m spending money on clothes.
